Have you ever wondered how a visit went?
Did your furry friend get fed? Take their medicine?
Get along with everyone at the dog park?
I am thrilled to announce that we will start sending visit report cards beginning April 1st! Even better, the report is catered to your type of service.
Pet Sitting visit? A few examples of report items you’ll see is if the litter box was cleaned, water was checked, mail/packages/newspaper brought in, who was fed, did their business while we were there, took medication, and their overall mood.
Since Dog Walking visits focus on doggy time, those reports will have many of the same report card items, minus a few house sitting tasks like the litter box and bringing in mail – but still bringing in packages and newspapers we see!
Dog Park Field Trips are their own adventure, of course! The biggest addition you’ll see is a note if your pup played well with others during our visit.
Even Poop Scooping services will have a report: that the cleaning was completed and if there was any unusual stool.
This will be a fun way to communicate how a visit went as our amazing team helps you more. I’ve thought of a million and one items I could add, but I know it’s also important not to take time away from one-on-one time with pets to do so, so these reports will be simple on our end to make sure you get information and your pet still gets all the love they deserve.

- • Your email inbox. Reports will be automatically sent out after each visit. That should hit your inbox within 5-10 minutes of completion. If the server is being slow or if your phone doesn’t refresh with new emails often, you might not see it right away.
- • You will be able to find them on the website of your Blue Skies Pet Care portal. They appear with messages on the Conversation page.
- • In the smartphone app for your Blue Skies Pet Care portal, they will still appear in the Conversation feed. You’ll tap “View Report” to view the visit report.
This isn’t a replacement for checking in to see how your furry family member is doing. Please continue to feel free to check in! I just want to add another bonus to the stellar services your pets receive.
